Hydroponic
Breakthrough
Since 1993, Hydroponic Farms has done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. Guided by science and new growing methods, we fuse hydroponic techniques with the best seeds from around the world to create interesting flavors and textures for your horses. Hydroponic Farms makes everything locally in Wellington, Florida. To achieve optimal nutrition, we use the finest sourced seeds and an organic-certified growing facility to make every grass mat worthy of the care and attention you give to your horses daily.
Quality, Organic
Ingredients Delivered
The sprouts grown in our Alternative Feed Source (AFS) units are 4-6 inches long. The best roughage for your animals is long, coarse fiber. This is defined as plant material that is from 3/8 to 1.5 inches in length or longer. Fiber supplies energy, unlike grains. That source of nutrition maintains normal healthy rumen function for your best friends.
We want to give our customers’ horses the very best and most of all, we want to give them a high-quality and worry-free way of keeping their four-legged athletes’ performance and energy at a high-level. Our promise to you and them, is to only source from the highest caliber seed, maintain an organic source-to-delivery supply chain, and deliver on-time, every time.

Hector has also partnered with a hydroponic manufacturer to produce growing containers that are cable of producing a few pounds to multiple tons of feed monthly for up to 65 horses. He is an innovator and practitioner of the sport. He understands the needs of the barn, the horse, and the science behind the nutrition. Thank you for believing in his mission of changing food for the better.
